Architecting Modern SaaS Interfaces with React & Material UI
Successfully led the front-end architecture and development of InRole, an intelligent SaaS platform designed to manage the entire financial back-office for high-growth startups and global entities. Built using React.js and Material UI, the platform automates complex GST/TDS compliance and fractional CFO workflows. My primary role was to establish a robust Theme Template Architecture, enabling the development team to scale the application independently without further UI guidance once the foundation was laid.
The project featured high-complexity components, most notably a Dynamic Stepper Form with custom circular progress animations that visually “fill” as users navigate through financial data entry. I worked closely with the developers to solve intricate State Management challenges, specifically optimizing component re-rendering cycles to ensure the UI remained stable and pixel-perfect according to the Figma design. From advanced data tables with complex search logic to high-performance AI workflows, the platform delivers enterprise-grade clarity for India-based operations.

Project Summary
InRole is a sophisticated financial tool where I acted as both a Lead Architect and Mentor. By creating a scalable theme plate and guiding the team on React best practices—such as when to trigger re-renders and how to handle complex Material UI overrides—I ensured a seamless handoff. The final product combines intelligent AI-driven books with human expertise, providing a high-performance interface that handles multi-state compliance and CFO-level insights with zero design breakage.
